How vegetables help your body

Vegetables contain vitamins and minerals needed for our health, including Vitamin A and B-complex. They also help us reduce the risk of heart disease, cancer, osteoporosis, and obesity, among other diseases.

There are many different nutrients in vegetables. We must include a variety of different vegetables in our daily diet, as they make us healthy and help us fight diseases. In addition, non-starchy vegetables such as leafy greens are rich in vitamins such as A, C, and K which help boost immunity and prevent disease.

Vegetables are rich in nutrients and vitamins, which help us stay healthy. Vitamin A is required for the retina of the eye, which allows us to see, and vitamin C is a water-soluble vitamin that protects cells from oxidative stress, inflammation, and infection.

Vegetables are important sources of nutrition and help us stay healthy.  They're rich in fiber, which helps to keep us full and reduce the risk of heart disease.  Most importantly, vegetables are naturally low in calories: a single cup of cooked spinach contains only 35 calories, while steamed broccoli has only 40 calories.
