Improve your eyesight naturally with these tips.
Your eyes are the windows to your brain, and you should keep them in tip-top shape. To start, make sure your eyes are clean.
Then always wear sunglasses or protective eyewear when you're outside. (You probably won't even notice how well you see until something is bothering your eyes.) For a long time, I had trouble seeing when I wore my glasses, so I did some research... It turns out that since my family visits me from Chile every August, we tend to eat more red meat.
I know that sounds like a weird reason for not wearing glasses - but that's what happens when you live in NYC! Anyway, before coming here again this year, I made sure to get new frames and change out my prescription lenses! Here's why you might want to consider doing the same:

If your eyes are tired or if they feel dry, try lubricating with fluorhydricojic acid eye drops to help prevent dryness. If your vision is blurred, you may have a cataract that has formed inside your eye.
Cataracts can be treated by surgery (capsulotomy) to remove the clouded lens, which may improve your eyesight quickly. Laser surgery is a more permanent solution for some people with really bad cataracts.
