What is your mission or purpose?

Ben White

Many people lack a clear purpose in life.

You should have the understanding to determine your goal.

Here are some key takeaways: Your quest begins when you recognize your special skills and talents.

What do you do best?

What do you enjoy doing?

Purposeful work also means that you care deeply about something. You don't just want to perform it, you are passionate about it.

You feel when you are living on purpose. That you are making a difference and you don't need to be famous.

You can make a significant impact on your community.

Another important factor is your enthusiasm level. If you are only focused on earning wealth, then your life will pass in vain.

(Statement of purpose) Many businesses spend a lot of money on developing a mission statement. It usually involves the elites of the company.  Sometimes a management consultant is also hired to support the process.

The result usually comes in the form of a three or four-time graph. It is framed and hung outside the office. It is a pity that many people who work in this organization cannot repeat the mission statement. It also does not form part of the culture.

If you are a business owner or a key decision maker, consider these suggestions: Change your "mission statement" to "our purpose."

Because employees can understand it more easily than a mission statement. Keep it short and simple so that everyone in the office can remember it. My purpose statement is 'to use my God-given talents positively and make a positive impact on as many people as possible during my lifetime so that their lives can be improved.  "My mission statement is:

"To mobilize and empower people so that they can live with love and joy and maintain harmony.

(Insights) One of the most common questions we receive.

That is, what is the difference between living your life on purpose and setting new goals every year?

Some people find the purpose of their life at an early age, while others continue their journey and do not even discover it.

Living on purpose is directly related to giving. The purpose is, of course, also related to movement. Goals and objectives are interrelated. When your goal burns. Goals then become an integral part of your action plan.
