How to make teeth stronger

To make teeth strong a person needs to take care of them. He should brush his teeth regularly and rinse their mouth when they are done. The best way to avoid bad breath is also by brushing your teeth properly every day at least twice a day.

Keeping your teeth in great condition is just like making sure your body stays healthy. You should take steps to preserve the health of your teeth, jaw, and gums with proper brushing and hygiene. In addition, you can work to make your teeth stronger by eating a healthy diet and avoiding things that could damage them.

One easy way to make teeth stronger is to eat and drink more fruits, vegetables, whole grain foods, and lean proteins. The minerals in these foods can help create a tough protein coating that helps protect your teeth from the acidic environment of your mouth.

1. Save your teeth by brushing and flossing regularly, but don’t focus solely on your teeth. Make sure to clean around toothpaste tubes and inside joke bottles as well.

2. If you're prone to grinding your teeth, avoid drinking soda (it's loaded with sugar) and try getting a water pick or toothpick.

3. When eating chocolate, crunchy foods, or anything else too hard for your teeth's softer areas, stop immediately!

4. Be sure to replace missing tooth enamel that may be wearing out from brushing carefully (read: don't repeatedly scrape the same area of your teeth).

5. Keep your mouth moist by sipping on water throughout the day and keeping a glass by your bedside when you sleep!
