How you live, and how you have a daily routine, all directly affect the health of a person, improper routine can shorten your life. For this, you must adopt an active lifestyle and choose the right diet to eat. We have read in many reviews and research that to lose weight it is necessary to do physical activities, such as running, walking, cycling, swimming or climbing stairs, etc.

Apart from this, yoga, gym, and working out with various exercises are all effective for weight loss, of course,e there is doubt about it but now a recent study has revealed a surprising fact.

Research published in the European Heart Journal suggests that weight loss doesn't necessarily require vigorous physical activity, but sleep can unexpectedly help with weight loss. According to the research, comparing people who sat continuously for 30 minutes a day and those who slept for 30 minutes, the sleepers saw a decrease in body weight and waist size. Even simple activities like standing or light walking are beneficial for weight loss.

Dr. Andrew Freeman, a cardiologist and director of wellness at National Jewish Health in Denver, emphasizes the importance of quality sleep and its positive impact on cardiovascular health. However, he cautioned that people shouldn't necessarily skip all other physical activities and just start sleeping.  Better for weight loss and waist loss than just sitting.
