Can give modest gas, power and oil to Pakistan: Iranian Envoy.


Iranian ambassador in Islamabad Raza Amiri Moghadam says that we can give cheap gas, electricity, and oil to Pakistan.


In response to a question about war during a dinner given in honor of the editors of national newspapers in Islamabad and Rawalpindi, Iranian Ambassador Reza Amiri Moghadam said that direct flights will start between the capitals of Iran and Pakistan.  has given a formal proposal and Pakistan has agreed to start the flights after getting approval from the Cabinet for the proposal.


He said that Pakistan has asked PIA for a fifth freedom facility for Iran from Islamabad, Iran has also asked for a similar facility for its four airlines, currently flights are running from Lahore and Karachi to Mashhad.

Concerning gas from Iran to Pakistan through a pipeline, Iranian Envoy Reza Amiri Moghadam said that since there are US sanctions, we need an answer so that assuming Pakistan takes the gas pipeline from Iran, it won't have any issue.


He said that Pakistan is confronting a lack of power and gas and to tackle this emergency, Iran is in a situation to give modest gas, modest power, and modest oil to Pakistan.


Because of an inquiry, Reza Amiri Moghadam said that Iran expressed gratitude toward Pakistan for reestablishing relations with Saudi Arabia through China's endeavors, and expressed gratitude toward Iraq, Oman, and China. They additionally have great relations.
